Pat Williams expects to play against the Eagles

Tarvaris Jackson will start Sunday

It’s official:  Tarvaris Jackson will be the starter…. for at least one more week.
 
Personally I’m very glad.  I think Gus has ran out of gas, and Tarvaris is our best shot at winning out the season.

Six Vikings named to the Pro Bowl

The Vikings will have 6 players in Hawaii this Febrauary.
-Kevin Williams
-Pat Williams
-Jared Allen
-Steve Hutchinson
-Adrian Peterson
-Antoine Winfield
Winfield, Peterson, and Kevin Williams are starting.  This will be Winfield’s first Pro Bowl.  The rest of them have been there before.
Jared Allen is not starting, despite having more sacks than either of the two guys who are.
