Will Brett Favre be a Viking?
An article posted on Access Vikings found HERE says that Jeff George wanted a shot at being the Vikings QB last year. He claims that the Vikings would have a ring right now if he was playing.
You know, as strange as that might sound, it kinda makes me wonder about some things. George [...]
Just to let you guys know, so far there has been plenty of Free Agency news and rumors to keep us all busy this week, so I haven’t been spending time doing the “…of the week” type posts. I’m not abandoning them, just saving them for a less busy news time, which as you all [...]
I was listening to the Mike Tirico on ESPN radio during my lunch hour, and Cris Carter called in. They asked him what he thought about the QB situation in Minnesota.
Cris said “Well, you know what you’ve got with Gus Frerotte”, meaning that Frerotte isn’t going to win any games for Minnesota. He thinks that [...]

Tell your friends to vote, too
After 10 games this year, the Vikings are 5-5. They are 4-1 at home, losing a 3 point game to Indianapolis at the dome in Week 2. However, on the road, they are 1-4, their only win coming in New Orleans (with the help of a couple bad calls).
The Vikings have 26 sacks so far [...]

Every year I seem to get more and more into football. Every year I seem to spend more time scouring the internet looking for articles on the Vikings, reading forums and newsgroups, talking to NFL fans. More and more I figure out that most people look at generic stat lines and think they know a [...]
